We have a 10 day free inspection period that begins upon the items receipt. After 10 days items can only be exchanged for merchandise of the same value. After 30 days no items will be refunded or exchanged. Some items are nonreturnable (special orders, custom made, etc.). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or phone, if during the holidays leave a message we will instruct you on how to return the item/items purchased. We issue a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges) via the method you paid. Or can offer a store credit or exchange after the 10 day period. We are more than willing to help you find the perfect item. All products returned are fully inspected prior to issuing a credit to your card, processing an exchange or issuing a store credit. Aventura will not accept a return that shows signs of wear or alteration, scratches or has been engraved or sized. We also require that you have a Return Authorization Number.
